By accessing or using StockTraderX.ai (the "Service"), operated by BME GROUP ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StockTraderX.ai provides AI-generated analysis, scores, and data tools for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. All investment decisions are your own. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices on prospective notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or automated bulk access beyond provided rate limits, no reselling or redistributing data or analysis, no reverse engineering, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, and no unlawful use.
Market data, filings, and news are sourced from third-party providers (including Finnhub and SEC EDGAR) and AI systems. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and AI output may contain errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, and you should independently verify anything you rely on.
The Service, including HYPERION-X™ and HAIL MARY™ and all software, scoring methods, text, and design, is owned by BME GROUP and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BME GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold BME GROUP harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
