This Privacy Policy explains how StockTraderX.ai, operated by BME GROUP, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.
Account information you provide (name, email). Authentication and usage data (logins, scans run, watchlist tickers, pages used). Payment information is handled by our processor, Stripe — we do not collect or store your full card number. We may use cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service.
To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the product, and comply with law.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contract and only as needed: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis), Finnhub (market data), and Resend (email). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and server-side handling of all secrets. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We operate in the United States; by using the Service you understand your information may be processed there.
